Google API & Gmail Integration Limited Use Disclosure

4. Google OAuth Permissions & Data Access Scope
Our application requests specific OAuth permissions to operate the Cold Email Outreach campaigns on your behalf:
- openid / profile / email: Used for secure user signup and login (Authentication). We collect your Google ID, email address, and name.
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send: Used to send cold email campaigns directly from your connected email account as configured in your admin campaign manager.
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly: Used to detect incoming email replies to your outreach campaigns, allowing us to automatically pause follow-up emails, calculate conversion rates, and show you campaign response analytics.
5. Data Storage, Security, and Retention
We prioritize the protection of your personal and connected account data:
- Your Google OAuth refresh and access tokens are stored securely using industry-standard database encryption protocols.
- We retain your data only for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with our email automation services.
- You can disconnect your Google/Gmail account at any time via the Dashboard > Cold Email > Gmail Accounts section. Disconnecting immediately revokes our access tokens and purges all associated OAuth credentials from our database.
