This includes, but is not limited to, connecting Google Workspace/Gmail accounts via OAuth protocols, managing templates, monitoring campaign analytics, and utilizing LLM configurations for customer lead generation.

3. Account Registration & Google OAuth

To access the premium modules of the platform, you are required to register an account:

• You may sign up directly or authenticate via Google OAuth.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and access tokens, and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. User Responsibilities & Conduct

As a condition of your use of the Service, you agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform infrastructure or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to any server of the Company.
• Upload or transmit any content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, obscene, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.
• Violate any policies, terms, or guidelines of third-party platforms integrated with our service (specifically Google APIs and Google Cloud Developer Console policies).

5. Fees, Subscriptions & Refunds

Certain services require a paid subscription. The terms governing our billing are as follows:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, or purchased via dynamic licenses as shown on our pricing dashboard.
• All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processors.
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of our administration team.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, AswebDr and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material, code, algorithms, design systems, and software on AswebDr. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, duplicate, or redistribute our proprietary assets.

7. Termination of Service

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or request account deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AswebDr, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or Service, whether such liability is under contract. AswebDr shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of the Service, including connected Gmail account suspensions or Google Console API quota restrictions.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Haryana, India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
